Our Vision

Because of TCWM there will be an increase of accredited, adequately-trained, and theologically-educated reformed pastors, and other church leaders, in the areas of Africa to which we are called. This will be done by: 1) conducting face to face, accredited, theological education in Other Degree Awarding Institution (ODAI) [2]   institutions (Trinity Bible Institutes), 2) providing scholarships for selected individuals to other reformed theological seminaries for higher level education (Masters or Doctorates) for the sake of training theological teachers for Africa, 3) conducting non-accredited education, in as many locations as the Lord’s opens doors to, as a complementary strategy to the accredited educational strategy. 4) building a network of TBI alumni and other like-minded ministry workers (to be known as Trinity Network) that will plant and revitalize churches through our programs of evangelism and reformed teaching and discipleship. As a secondary effort, TCWM will demonstrate ministry of deed as well as word through the coordinated use of vocational training, mercy missions, medical missions, radio ministry, publications, and translations.

What difference will TCWM make? TCWM will make measurable steps towards increasing the number of accredited reformed pastors and other Christian leaders in the countries in which we operate. These leaders will plant, lead, and develop self-supporting, Christ-centered, gospel preaching, and reproducing churches.

To whom will it make a difference? To the men and women called to various ministries who seek theological growth, and to the congregations who will be led by these trained men and women, as well as to the believers, communities, and cultures in which they live.

And at what cost? At a more affordable price, when compared to other brick and mortar institutions in the region, and an overall cost sustainable within a budget supportable by the donors of TCWM.
